Had the BEST eye exam experience of my life here! Dr Singh went above and beyond by taking the time to address concerns that I had. She also educated me on how to properly administer eye drops/how to gently put in contacts/myopia management for young kids if I ever start a family—all things that no other optometrist has told me. The staff at the front desk were also incredibly kind and helpful.Typically I dread eye exams (I’m a little insecure about my terrible vision) but I left Visionworks feeling confident about my eye health. Will definitely be coming back!
Called in about an eyeglass repair as the hinge/leg broke off. Wasn’t sure if they were able to fix it so I just brought it in for them to look at. I was helped immediately by Ricky & Veronica so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They took my glasses to the back and just popped in the screw for me at no charge. Nice staff and efficient work, highly recommend & will come back for any future repairs
Best service I’ve ever had. In all my years I’ve never had anyone check to make sure my contacts were fitting properly and I can’t get over how fast my new glasses came in. I am so happy with the quality and service, my family and I will be coming here from now on!!! Thank you to everyone there and for helping me see better than I have in a very long time.
