“I have been visiting this location since 2012 and have never had a bad experience at the front desk, with tanning, or with billing. Everyone has been incredibly friendly and happy to see me; I have ever felt pressured to purchase a package; and I have never had a discrepancy with my billing. As a matter of fact, the staff has always reminded me of the benefit of freezing my account when I'm not using it so I won't have the changes until I use the salon (which is usually seaonally.
