I'm conflicted because the first time we used Sears to install some windows, we had a great experience. However, this last interaction has somewhat sullied that positive experience and we may not return to this service when we eventually decide to replace the remainder of our windows. Our initial consultation and order was done in early March and the install occurred in early August. Understandable, we were willing to overlook this long wait because generally supply can be strained in the current environment. We're unsure if the following is standard or not but we didn't experience any similar issues when we went through them before and we did this time.... read full review

Sears did not show up for appointment to install replacement heat pump. No one called to notify me. When I called next day, they rescheduled for 3 weeks out. I went to end of line! Guess what. No one showed that day either. I called again, rescheduled for another day at 8 AM. You guessed it, no one showed. I have now been without heating or cooling now for 6 weeks. Try calling them if you want to talk to a computer or someone who has trouble with English. It won't matter, they can't help. All they can do is send an email to the service department. Take your business somewhere that cares about the customer.
