Cleanliness: it's always clean and smells good in the salon. I was there @ closing time and watched their routine as a team. They really do touch every surface of the salon before closing out the pedicure bowls, getting rid of dirty towels, sweeping ,wiping down the chairs And all hard surfaces, including door knobs! I love to see it.“
