The customer service is outstanding Norma and Anna made me feel right at home immediately. The offices and therapy rooms beautiful. Jocelyn was under the weather but my facial was completely wonderful as was the micro-planing. Professional and fun. Thank you all so much. See you soon!
Norma Garcia (Med Spa Coordinator) has been a true joy to interact with from my very first time calling to book an appointment and never fails to ensure she offers top tier custumer service upon arrival. She also speaks Spanish, which is a huge plus! Nurse Practitioner Anna Yi is very knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to explain how each procedure works and what would be best suited for you. She has made me feel very comfortable from the start and has restored my hope in knowing wrinkle relaxers are indeed an option for me after many failed attempts at freezing certain facial muscles with different companies in the past! 5 stars. Staff are lovely and know what they’re doing! Having been married to a doctor I know a thing or two about wrinkle relaxers. Have had Botox in the past that lasted me only a few months. So when I heard about Daxxify I was all for giving it a try for my birthday. As it claims to last longer then Botox and I, like many busy professionals, find myself without time to attend appointments. My first call I was greeted warmly at reception.
