I had a fantastic shopping experience at JCPenney! Their collection of clothing is trendy and stylish, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found the perfect outfit for a women, and I'll definitely be returning for more!
I headed to JCPenney to return several items from an online order. Brianna's patience in manually processing each item for the return and her pleasant demeanor completely changed my previous negative perception of customer service at this store. She made the experience enjoyable, and I no longer hesitate to return to this location, thanks to her excellent service.
The store manager, Syed, graciously assisted us until Eric arrived! The customer service was outstanding. I was tasked with finding a bed my aunt saw on sale. Syed seamlessly took my information and promptly began researching the bed. Eric returned from his break and swiftly located what I needed, and we were on our way in just 20 minutes!
