Very recently, she helped us find suitable 24/7 care for our mother -- who became ill and hospitalized twice in two-weeks unable to care for herself adequately. Jennifer worked with us and our mother's case manager at the hospital to locate the care she required. Jennifer is knowledgeable, well-connected, patient, and kind. After learning what was available and looking at one nice option, Jennifer listened to our concerns and found exactly what we asked for regarding location, amenities and services. Ultimately, this worriesome life-changing condition regarding our mothers health and independence resulted in acquiring admittance to a very nice facility.
