Sorry, I have to take some stars away from Healthpoint..they have created a Hoop to jump through that I have not managed to be able to....Xrays.. they are passing the buck now and you can't get them there sooooo.. I continue to suffer until I find another dentist... otherwise the place is great.... have a nice day.

Healthpoint Pharmacy Staff, It never amazes me how usually there's three of you back there and I don't know how you do it you you take care of each and every one of us we wait maybe 3 to 5 minutes you guys pat yourselves and each other ???on the back. Thank you for everything you do for us each and every patient. Thank you HealthPoint Pharmacy Staff!!!

I had this clinic more or less assigned to me while at a follow-up appointment at Harborview. I love my Doctor and all the medical assistants have been as equally awesome. I have zero complaints about the on-site pharmacy. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the only time I called I had to sit on hold for 43 minutes before reaching a human. From the other reviews I have read long hold times seem to be a common complaint.
