They are a great business and the staff seem to know what their doing. BUT, when you make an appointment (under your paid contract $$$) they can change your appointment to meet their needs. It really can alter your own calender of events. Hair Club called me three days prior to my appointment and said I needed to reschedule. That's not good business as far I am concerned and with the thousands of dollars I spent for just one year of service. Please ask a lot of questions if your considering joining.

Been going to this location for about 1.5 years now. My stylist Regina is great - super detailed, understands your needs and is super professional in her work. She's definitely the reason I continue to go here.
