Before selecting Fuse Networks six months ago, we utilized a smaller IT services provider that charged an hourly rate but did not provide a comprehensive service. Too much of the day-to-day computing troubleshooting and computing security risk management had to be performed by our business manager.With Fuse, we are confident that our computers and network are all up-to-date and well protected. During the on-boarding process, Fuse’s project manager built a very detailed plan and helped us with a comprehensive computing security risk assessment. Thank you, Aaron Siverts, of FUSE Networks for helping me get my business line settled after dealing with POOR customer service & poor-quality product from another company. It's nice to not have to have 2 phones (a personal and a work line).Other friends who use FUSE for their businesses too, have nothing but excellent reviews for not only their product, but also their pristine customer service.
