I don't need any service or repair but wanted to share something with you and your company.
I wanted to let you know about a great experience I had with Michael last Thursday, September 18th. We were both working on a jobsite in West Seattle. I am a Project Manager with Nussbaum Group. My crew was running low on gas for the lawn mower and Michael offered up some from his can. What a lifesaver he was! Our shop is in Redmond so logistically not convenient. And we were really crunched for time, too.

We've been using Automated Gates for service needs for our neighborhood gates for quite some time now. We just had a service call with Josh and colleague (Bobby?) who were great. Will continue to use them for our HOA needs.
I have relied on Automated Gates for about 5 years through work. I recommend them to coworkers and have never had any trouble with them. Scheduling is always timely, staff is efficient and thorough. I have had Josh out for a few calls in the past month and Bobby as well today. Incredibley friendly and good at explaining what was wrong with the gates and what their solution was. They have saved the day numerous times and keep our garage gates working smoothly! Thanks so much!!
