We were very happy with the level of service we received from Don and Jeff. They arrived at 5:30pm thinking it was a simple clogged pipe, only to determine it was a much more serious problem. But they stayed and got things to a point that we could use the shower quickly and the toilet till they could return the next morning. The job took 3 days of digging, and snaking, excavating and pipe replacement to clear tree roots and fix pipes that were not installed right to the septic. They were efficient and extremely knowledgeable, informed us throughout the process and conscience of our property, leaving it cleaned up and nice. We would gladly recommend this company to do plumbing and give them an EXCELLENT RATING.
This plumbing service is one I would certainly suggest and use again. When the technician was running late and when he would come, I was promptly alerted.
The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and meticulously. Dismantled the old tank and took it away, ran gas and water lines to a new location for the tankless, installed the tankless, drilled a wall for the outside pipe, installed the recirculation pump, and so on. All of this was accomplished in about four hours. It's a well-done job. My garage did not become a dust room or a garbage can. The quality of the work has made me very delighted.
