Sergio came to the rescue. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very polite.
He was in and out in about an hour or so, and took care of business in a timely, professional manner.
Wonderful experience all the way around. I was in Florida while dealing with this issue at a property of mine in Seattle, and their Project Manager TJ was able to communicate everything to me clearly and concisely from across the country and get everything done in a timely manner and made it look like they were never there when I returned. Would recommend 10/10 times.
