Saturdays are their busiest day, plan to be there anywhere from 45-90 minutes, depending on what is needed for each appointment. The staff are well-trained and thorough, listened to our concerns, and gave us the information we needed to hear in order to make a decision regarding our pet's health. Although the outcome was determined to have our sweet girl put to sleep due to her health, Dr. Jones and his staff were very caring and patient with our family pet. Their fees are very fair and you will need to pay upon visit. My family and I will continue to use the WTVC in the future and we highly recommend them.“
