I had a house built 15 years ago by another contractor. I didn’t know Richardson Construction then or I would’ve hired them. Fast forward to 7 years after the house was built and the prior contractor did a shoddy job on an exterior wall weather proofing which led to water intrusion and rot and basically the whole wall needed replaced. Kendall and his team of long time awesome high-level carpenters came in on a really bad situation. It’s a job that normal people would not want to take and knocked it out of the park. Excellent work by a professional crew that cares about doing the best job they can. Kendall's crew always makes things right. Carpenter Noel does an outstanding job. We have hired them for several projects and we are always impressed by the quality of their work.
