I sent out several requests for help with cleaning the carpets in our new home. Tony was the only person who called me back. He asked me questions and we set an apmnt. We bought a house in Puyallup. When my Mother ran a basic home cleaning carpet machine over our carpets the entire house smelled like animal urine ~ GROSS! Tony advised he could check to see if our carpet was worth saving. He showed up on time, was polite and wore a mask. He advised that he should be able to remove the smell. Tony cleaned our carpets and set down an enzyme spray to stop the smell. I had a need for quick carpet cleaning and Tony squeezed me into his schedule. He did a very professional job, was very thourough and my carpets haven`t looked this good in years! I would highly recommend him to my friends!

I can't believe I forgot to leave a review for this awesome company! Tony arrived early and was professional. He was reasonably priced and didn't try to increase the charges (like Crystal Carpet did) after arrival. He finished the job quickly and the carpets never looked better. It was for a move-out inspection and of course I passed!
