Ordered same-day delivery for a friend and her family who lost a loved one over the weekend. Ordered the flowers around 1115am today, got an email at 1151 saying they were out of the flowers I ordered and can push to tomorrow or do designers choice. I emailed back within 20 minutes saying designers choice was fine. Then got a call at 120pm saying they only just saw my email and they've already gone home for the day and they'd have to push til tomorrow.
Why offer an alternative service then not check until *after* you leave for the day? The rep on the phone was very nice and apologetic but I selected same day because it's when my friend works from home and the website...read full review

The only issue with Williams Flowers and Gifts is that they only communicate by email or phone. They called me about an issue with my order but it was answered by my brother. Not being the best speaker he also told me that he had some problems with the phone. The best way to reach me is by texting. I wish that they would modernize just a little bit to make this possible. Like I said, that was the only issue that I had. That's why I gave them 4 stars. They get 5 stars once they fix it.
