This is not our first subzero installation so we’ve come to expect quality service. When expectations are high, they are hard to beat, but Thompson has done it. From our first contact with Kennedy through the installation by Doug and Carl we were completely impressed with competence and courtesy from the entire team. Thompson Appliance was great to work with! They installed our new freezer and hauled the old one off. They were very responsive leading up to the appointment. Showed up within the time frame promised. The guys were quick and efficient. The work that was needed for the install was not as much work as we originally thought and without me even asking for a new quote they charged us much less than originally quoted to reflect the actual work done which we greatly appreciated.
