Since our organization switched to ETS our productivity has improved because we actually have equipment that now works. They responded quickly to service calls and resolve issues immediately. If it’s something the needs research, they follow up and provide status updates along the way. They never make you feel like your issues are stupid or your wasting their time. ETS is hands down the best IT company I had ever dealt with. I know that every time I call them to troubleshoot an IT issue that it will be dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. My company contracted Empowering Technology Solutions to cover some gaps in our infrastructure and reduce the workload of our IT department. Within two weeks of signing the service agreement, ETS had: - Onboarded us - Integrated our Active Directory instances into their RMM software - Enrolled all of our endpoints in mobile device management and forced drive encryption. - Implemented both local and remote backups for all our servers all for less than the salary of one full-time IT person. Response times are always within the 30-minute range, tickets are consistently closed before the end of the day, and our technician (Darian) has an endless amount of patience for our requests. ETS satisfied, and then exceeded, all expectations I had when I began the search for an MSP.
