Vernon came out to our place to remove a yellow jacket nest that was too close to one of our walking trails for comfort. He was very timely and responsive to our request for assistance and came out even though it was one of the hottest days of the summer. He has a very positive demeanor and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything pest related. We loved getting to ask him questions about different types of wasps and learn interesting facts that he had to share. I also love that he brought his son along with him. Vern has come out to my house usually once a year for the last 6 years, or so. It would be extremely hard to find a more knowledgeable person in this field that can master his skills.
He knows his trade. On the business side…he is fair. There is never any pressure, no scare tactics, and no long sales pitches. Most important to me…he listens to the customer and is solution oriented. Besides all this…he’s a great human being.
Vernon knows his critters, no matter how small! He is pleasant to work with, on time, and will do what it takes to eradicate your issue. I had some very stubborn small ants and Vernon returned as needed, no additional charge which I appreciated! I have signed him up for annual service, and highly recommend him!
