The staff were all so nice and they made me feel at ease when I was ill in urgent care. I didn't have to wait long and when I got into an exam room, the nurses, techs, and the PA worked efficiently and compassionately to help me feel better. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Medicine which works for me and prescribed by different doctors, may not be giving to you by kaiser doctors. You have luck going to urgent care for it, but kaiser regular doctors afraid to accommodate you, even its on your medical history. It seams they dont care. Very sad. Kaiser is a great facility, good customer service, but not great care. Kaiser is a cheap insurance, but cheap service as well. One positive rhing is pharmacy at kaiser wirh quick same day service.

Since 1992 I have been a member of Group Health then Kaiser Permanente when they bought out GHC. I have always had excellent care. I just got off the phone with someone making appointments in Orthopedics for a follow up visit and the call took less than 5 minutes and the appointment less than 3 weeks away. I can't think in all those years of experiencing mismanagement of care or rudeness. I don't doubt issues others have reported as having happened, but in my experience that is far from the norm. I have seen many providers-- one caught skin cancer very early on and another diagnosed me with fibromyalgia literally as soon as it would have been possible, 4 months after symptoms began. My experience has been 5 star.
