My 11-year old puppy was throwing up and very sick for 2 days. I called around to all the urgent cares and pet hospitals and nobody could see her. I called Tacoma Animal Hospital close to 5pm and they were able to squeeze her in next day. I’m so thankful because I was really worried. When your pet is so sick it is very frustrating not being able to get care for them. The service was wonderful and my dog really responded well to Dr Black. The office staff and Dr Hugh's, I believe was the doctor, were very helpful, understanding and compassionate with me and also very much with my sick kitty! My kitty is my world. I had been trying to get someone to help me with what was (is) going on with my kitty. Tacoma Animal Hospital was the ONLY place that had time for me and was willing to work with me and explain things to me -- and even at a much lower cost than the other places had quoted me. I'm very appreciative. I just hope my Missy kitty real does continue to get better! I have my doubts but only time will tell! Thanks so much!

I was apprehensive about going here since I didn't know anything about them. I have a vet, but could never get in when my dog was sick. I asked some people in the lobby if they provided good service, what they said gave me comfort. This was an excellent choice. They were kind, kept me informed, explained everything, answered all my questions. I wanted all the tests done to know what I was dealing with. I'm sure I saved about $700.00 and my dog is feeling much better. Our pets can be expensive, this helps.
