My experience in the beginning was not the greatest. I didn’t have the best service technician, but thankfully when I found out that he had left the company I was assigned a new technician named Athena. I must tell you she exceeded my expectations, she called to go over my original quote and see if everything was in order, it turned out that I didn’t have all the information from the beginning. Athena took the time to go over everything with me, including the “the product the items and everything that was involved in setting up my heating and air system. Today she made a visit to my house to follow up and make sure that everything was in order including my furnace, service panel, and where I wanted my unit. When she left here today I was completely confident that I picked the right company to do the job. I have a scheduled install in a couple of weeks and Im looking forward to it.
Some of the best service I have had in years! I had air conditioning installed and I had a few hiccups just on my end it was a unique situation and the level of service I received was unbelievable! They had come out two more times after and EVERY time the they went above to fix my issue. Top notch service and I would Highly recommend this company!! I wouldn’t use any one else now!!
