OMG!! I feel like a new woman. I am 62 and my body felt 82 when I went there. I could write pages but, in summary, I went for my ankle and knee, very bad ankle sprain then, that crazy boot hurt my knee. The 360 degree help and support, the knowledge they shared, I've been in pain for a decade and I now feel 35. Truly. My schedule is crazy and I'm a flight attendant which is hard on my body anyway, and they worked with my schedule- the care is consistent and I worked with more than 1 professional there. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with Lucas Briggs as my physical therapist who was wonderful. He was able to diagnose my shoulder issues, recommend a regimen of exercises that made a significant improvement and gave me the knowledge and tools to help me recover.

I don't even know where to begin with my compliments to the staff and therapists at this facility! I have been seeing Lucas for a few months after a sudden spinal cord injury; the work that we do together has resulted in progress that was far beyond the expectations of myself and my medical practitioners. He is highly knowledgeable in body kinetics and has been able to adapt movements to my needs and capabilities and challenge my movement boundaries.In sessions work is done towards my personal goals and moving the baseline of what I can do comfortably, regularly, to a greater range through both aqua and more traditional therapy.
