I work with connective tissue doing CranioSacral Therapy (CST). "Regular" massage is great for muscles (which are like rubber bands) but not great for connective tissue (which is like cling wrap). CST techniques are designed to work with cling wrap. Sometimes, layers get stuck together that shouldn't. Or a stuck area pulls until a weak spot screams. I'm a cling wrap detective. And I have an interest in brain plumbing, because fluid flow in, out, and around the brain can be affected by unhappy connective tissue. It's a good focus to help relieve migraines and headaches.
