During the holidays I had an emergency, clogged gutter downspout and turns out in-ground gutter drain system failure. Darkim and Isaiah came out to not only diagnose but solve my problem and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the process. Definitely would recommend again!
We arrived home from our vacation and heard a hissing sound and a water trail coming from the water heater in the garage. After a quick assessment I decided to call a plumbing company. A quick Google search brought me to Roto-Rooter with their many decades of being in the business. The call to their office was efficient and in about an hour their technician Sam Leonte was at our doorstep. He found the source of the leak quickly which was a crack at the top of the heater.
