Working with Diana on a weekly basis over the last 3-1/2 years for my auto accident injuries has been an essential part of my on-going recovery process, so much so that she is considered part of my "care team". Diana's level of knowledge and technique is top notch and keeps me balanced and better able to manage the pain and discomfort that I deal with on a daily basis. Diana has helped me stay injury-free for several years. I am a 40-year-old runner who runs between 30-50 miles per week so I need to be intentional about prehab and rehab. At the first sign of anything tight or "off" in my body, I see Diana and I truly believe she has saved me from multiple injuries. Often I will lie down on her massage table thinking she needs to work on one area, and she actually finds the root of the problem in a different area. She is incredible and a key to my running.
