Y'all. Go get a massage! It's been years and years since I've gotten a professional massage and it was just what I needed. My gal focused exactly where I wanted her too. She did some minor fascia release and it worked wonders!
Sue and her gang at Pacific Health Massage are awesome. Vicki is my current masseuse, and she does a wonderful job of listening to what I want/need and helping me with my shoulder issues.
