“After a horrible experience somewhere else which resulted in me walking out crying, I went to this walk in clinic today and received excellent care. The receptionist, MA and Doctor Puett were amazing. Doctor Puett was so nice and answered all my questions and was able to provide answers and treatment for me. I was scared coming in based on my horrible experience at another place but I’m glad I was able to come in to this place. Everyone was so nice and overall amazing. I will be referring this clinic to friends and will come back when needed. Thank you!“

She really listened and empathized with what I was dealing with, and was more than happy to talk about different options we could try to to help me. Her nurse Lina is phenomenal and the staff over all is nice. I'd wait time before appointments are normal for a busy office.“

“Can't give 4.5 on this scale. Only reason I docked it half a point is that it was very busy with lots of children, which is fine for a family practice but I am very immune suppressed and get antsy in a room full of potentially sick people. Waiting time was great. Kristen was very attentive and a good listener and I have stories :-) She was a bit saddened with my conditions and some a little foreign to her as I am in my 70's with multiple surgeries and errors and now a serious heart condition. Moral support and understanding goes a long way.“
