Only reason I docked it half a point is that it was very busy with lots of children, which is fine for a family practice but I am very immune suppressed and get antsy in a room full of potentially sick people. Waiting time was great. Kristen was very attentive and a good listener and I have stories :-) She was a bit saddened with my conditions and some a little foreign to her as I am in my 70's with multiple surgeries and errors and now a serious heart condition. Moral support and understanding goes a long way.“
