I had the wonderful experience to work with Brian T and an apprentice also named Brian on 07/20/2024. They installed a new water heater and they did such a wonderful job. They took extra time to talk with me about maintenance and what Mercurio's can do to help extend the life of the water heater. I'm also happy they now do plumbing so if I need any work done on my sewer line, I will try giving them a call.
We are very happy and satisfied with Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning because our cooling system quit working and it would have cost more to repair it than to replace it with all new equipment. They came and gave us a great bid and we accepted it. There were two others that were higher so we chose Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning. We are staying cool now and will be warm in the cold months too. Thank you Daniel Dolquist and the rest of the crew.
Mercurio's has come through AGAIN for me and my family. My furnace went out on friday, and by Monday I had a new one installed. Technician Tom came out to inspect my old one (40 year old furnace) and was very honest and helpful. He gave me the cheaper option of just replacing the motor, but it made more sense to just replace the whole thing it at this point. Thank you Tom!!!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the crew, which is an awesome and professional group of people, Jayme and Dylan were very helpful and took the time to inform me on my new furnace, Mike came out to inspect and was also nice to see the high standards this company has for the employees as well... read full review
