Andi was exceptional! I called multiple salons and no one wanted to touch my hair. I was nervous that I would never find anyone to brave my hair project, but I found Andi at Lux. She was honest and worked very hard for over 5 HOURS to give me what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My hair went all the way down my back, I wanted to have bangs and bright blonde hair and she was able to make it happen for me. Andi is very professional and I appreciate how hard she worked for me. I was immediately greeted warm by the front desk and offered beverages. I was seen promptly and the stylist was so nice and efficient. I got a blond balayage and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what I wanted to a T! She even helped me with my bangs and cut them without charging me since I got a botch bang trim earlier by another salon. I enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back again!
My hair is so important to me just like everyone right.. well let me just say that Sarah Klein is AMAZING!! Everytime I tell her what I want and share ideas with her she NAILS it!! She knows what she is doing ? Sarah also makes time for me whenever I need her by showing flexibility with her clients and, professionalism.
