A fairly minor repair needed to seal the roof top vent of my stove hood needed done, but I couldn't get my original roofer or a few large roofing companies to deal with it. 2 years after a new roof was put on my house, the rangehood vent on the roof developed a tiny, sporadic leak. For months, I couldn't get my roofer, or other roofing companies to respond. Then I found Lobo, who were responsive and genuinely wanting to help me. What a relief! They were over in a couple days to take care of it, in later October, saying they wanted to be sure and get it taken care of before the November storms happened. I am so grateful to them, and would highly recommend. Francisco was texting me as the work was done. They're amazing.

Needed a roof inspection for home sale, that revealed a new roof was required do to too many previous layers, leaks and insufficient ventilation.Lobo Roofing out bid four other companies! They conducted the tear-off and re-roof in two days, with all new flashing and vents. They did an outstanding clean up job around the house of all debris.
