Someone at work recommended this store because they have stairs that match the flooring. We went there almost every week for six months because we couldn't decide on what we wanted. They let me have countless samples and was always very helpful. We ended up buying 1600 square ft of rigid vinyl planks, all my stairs, risers, vent grills to match. We hired our own contractor. From what I noticed of the reviews it's the contractors that most people aren't happy with. They are all independent contractors. I wouldn't blame this store for it. Needed to replace apparently hard-to-find hardwood flooring due to water damage. Big box stores totally unhelpful. LL Flooring had what I needed, was conveniently located, competitively priced, and product was in stock. The employee was professional, kind, and efficient.

This is our second project that we brought to LL Flooring. We are just as pleased this time as we were the last time. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and we love the flooring we purchased.
