Don’t waste your time. I called on 2/23 and asked if they’re accepting new clients. The receptionist said yes asked me a few questions and said Sally would give me a call back “shortly”. On 2/27 I call back to ask for an estimate when I should expect to hear from Sally because I didn’t specify the first time. The receptionist is a different person from the first time I called and ask for my name and number again and had no record of me. She asked the same questions I was already asked plus more. ? I am incredibly impressed of the team of professionals at the Tumwater Office. I recommend this company highly for anyone doing their taxes.

This is our first year with the new firm. We moved with Sally McColloch from her prior firm. Sally was and continues to be a concerned and responsive professional. She has an in-depth knowledge of tax matters for all types of clients. The firm has invested in state of the art tax preparation and communication equipment including a well functioning portal for communicating and transferring data between clients and the firm. For those who value this (we do) transferring data using modern electronic methods is generally time saving and more accurate than prior options.
