I usually find what I need at Best Buy. The employees are nice and usually get greeted upon entry and thanked and wished a great day on the way out. At times I seek for assistance, they're helpful but most of the time I'm able to locate what I need and quickly make the purchase transaction and I'm out the door.

I had a good experience here. It's a busy store with not enough employees but the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. That's about the best you can expect from big box retail these days.

They worked very hard to get my old computer up and running and kept me updated on it. Unfortunately it took the long blue death. The Geek Squad then worked with picking a new computer with my wants in mind and my pocket book. I am completely satisfied and love my new computer. Hats off to them. I have never been disappointed in them. Great job Geek asquad.
