This is hands down the best urgent care in the greater Puget Sound area. The receptionist is wonderfully kind with the perfect balance of providing quality service in a discreet manner. And the physicians here are top notch with their bedside manner being some of the best I've ever experienced. I've been seen here on 3 separate occasions for conditions as small as a basic UTI and as serious as an infection that turned sepsis. And every time I was fully heard and treated with the upmost respect.
The clinic itself is very good, all my nurses have been very sweet. However Doctor Robin Garcia is extremely dismissive and unhelpful. I went in for a broken foot, and she said i had MRSA and sent me home with antibiotics (i went back and saw another doctor who confirmed i did NOT have MRSA and it was just broken.) I went in more recently for having severe cold symptoms which turned out to be the flu. She rolled her eyes at me for not getting a flu shot, and told me to go home and take dayquil/nyquil. The first time I went in it was great! I really liked Jenna-PA. I was having trouble with my throat, problems swallowing. She referred me to an ENT on 10/19. As of today no one has contacted me. I went in for a follow up for test results and forgot to tell her that no one has contacted me, so I called the office right after we left. I asked for a referral to a different office since they won’t call me to schedule an appointment. I was told I have to tell them where I want to go. I explained that we are not from here, just visiting, we don’t know anyone here, so I have no idea, we don’t know the area, just pick someone and refer me.
