“I visit Refinery Style Bar to see Cassy for lashes and Ashalina for my hair. Both are super sweet and total professionals at what they do!

I check-in with Cassy every 2-3 weeks. I always get compliments on my lashes and love how long they last and how they look!

Ashalina did an amazing job transforming my hair, it hasn't looked this good in a long time!

It felt so natural, I felt extremely confident and beautiful ... and to be honest, I was in the sun three days with sunscreen on before the event and it still stayed and looked incredible the day of the wedding I was in. “Seri is a lash goddess!

There is truly no one better at eyelashes and relaxation. It's always the perfect amount of chit chat and nap time while your lashes get done. Sometimes we listen to music and sometimes we listen to true crime. Every time my lashes come out amazing. I even stopped saying what I wanted and just give her the artistic freedom. I always get compliments.

Her space is always clean and her tools are impeccable. I've never been hurt by anything. In fact, I told her my eyes get really red really easily and she put down a gel that has prevented it every time. She always asks if anything is poking before you start and has the comfiest table to be on.

I've done color lashes, brown volume sets, and whimsical lashes we are transitioning now to black lashes to do a wet look. Seri always sets my expectations and translations my lashes so pretty between the colors we want.

“The ladies at Tacoma Curly Salon are all so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! They are experts with curly hair, which is hard to find in a hair stylist. They listen to what you want and answer any questions you may have. They want you to leave feeling confident and amazing with your hair. They also guarantee their cuts and if you find it needs a fix once you get home, you can come back and get it taken care of without charge. Their salon is cute and cozy, styled with beautiful paintings, plants, lights and color! I tell all my curly friends to come get their curls taken care of here.

“Andi was exceptional! I called multiple salons and no one wanted to touch my hair. I was nervous that I would never find anyone to brave my hair project, but I found Andi at Lux. She was honest and worked very hard for over 5 HOURS to give me what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My hair went all the way down my back, I wanted to have bangs and bright blonde hair and she was able to make it happen for me. Andi is very professional and I appreciate how hard she worked for me. With well over 50 foils, precisely placed, trips back and forth for rinsing and more foiling, the blending of roots and toning, hair cutting and finding my bangs. Andi is truly the best of the best, you'll be lucky to have someone of her caliber working with you.“

Her salon/studio is above a hair salon that never is open/unlocked. Which makes sense being on the Main Street in Tacoma. Makes me feel safe knowing we are safe when my eyes are closed for an ~an hour and stuck on the lash table! She's literally the best!“
