I paid Eduardo $500 via check to install gutter covers on my 1,100 sq ft home. He and the one other worker with him completely neglected half the gutters--on the back of my house where there's a huge maple no less! He was contracted and paid in full in September. Over the winter I noticed my gutters were clogged and got up on a ladder to find he didn't complete the job. When I called him out he got defensive and said I didn't return his calls to come out and finish the job. It was my fault he did the job 50% yet requested full payment. Total bullshit. He never should have asked for or taken my money until the job was completed. He was banking on me never noticing the gutters weren't covered on the backside of my home. While he came back out to finish the job 5 months later (after the tree shed its leaves and clogged the gutters), the entire experience was lousy and felt exploitative. What's wild to me is that I had talked about much bigger projects with him, which wasn't as important to him as ripping off a single chick and cashing in on an easy $500 today. Avoid!
We are renters in the Tacoma area, so we didn’t arrange for this service. Evergreen sent a single worker out. He came out steadily for about 5 days. He blasted music outside of the house for hours despite knowing both me and my husband work from home. Complained that his bosses were chewing him out for being too slow and spending too much on materials. After the first 5 days, he stopped showing up. Yesterday, he brought his dog with him to the house, saying he couldn’t get a sitter (he didn’t bring the dog out of his car). Then he left after 15 minutes saying he was too sick to work. This morning he texted my husband and said he overslept because he took some NyQuil....read full review
The project took three and half weeks to complete, it was suppose to take two. They didn't show up at all, one day and were late several other days without communication. The first week the crew left their food trash and soda cans in my yard and used my basketball hoop to play around like children. The finished project wasn't what we expected it was below standard the contractor were rude and showed lack of care for my disappointment during the final walk. The project cost me $41,000 and they left nails sticking out of my deck don't book this company.
