Needed three oldish DDR3 RAM chips Best Buy no longer stocks, Drew had them, was even open till 6 pm, so got the old HP desktop running like a champ under Win10. What a dif 16 GB makes compared to 4 GB! Pleasure to buy from such a nice fellow! And the price was so reasonably low! Beats paying more on eBay or Amazon then waiting x days. Support you local folks!

I went to Best Buy to buy a new charger, was assured it would fit universal charger. It didn't work. Found this business and had the charger. This is the 3rd time of dealing with Best Buy. I am done and will call on Drew for any computer issues. Skip Best Buy
