Brought my iPhone 13 max pro in for over 200.00 when I got my phone back it shut on and off every 10 mins, camera doesn’t work on Home Screen, Bluetooth no longer connects to the car & wouldn’t refund my money. Laughed in my face. I also have inappropriate messages he sent me about how he’s so into me etc. steals your money !

Both the middle eastern guys that work there are very disrespectful and rude and inconsiderate to others in the mall, seen them disrespecting some of the other innocent and hard working employees at the mall and if they believe that’s the way to do business and treat others as a paying customer I would stay away and find another business cause those two don’t deserve anything

If I could give them zero stars I would…I went to the booth 2-9-24 10:45 am I asked how much to fix my screen I was told about 120 without tax… I said I’ll check around for other options I was told hey I’ll give you family rate 90 dollars I handed my phone over and asked about how long I was told come back in 35 mins I got back a few minutes later I was told my phone was ready ok no big deal I say about how much more time I saw a guy walk toward me with my phone I put two and two together they have more than one both one by the food court and the one by what use to be star bucks the guy said I had no problem fixing your screen it was the finger print mode I was...read full review
