These guys were awesome! While driving, my engine started sputtering and the check engine light came on. This was the closest shop to my location that took walk-ins. I got lucky! They were communicative, offering an accurate quote after brief diagnostics and an impressively quick service turnaround. I will definitely be back when I need a mechanic in the future. Highly recommend!
Shelby at this Bucky’s location has been amazing!! We had to replace an engine in my aunt’s Honda Accord. This took some extra coordination and help on Shelby’s end. I live in CO, my aunt is in Tacoma. He helped us with finding the engine shop to purchase, pricing out labor and parts and generally supporting us through the process while making it extremely easy! Honest pricing! At the end of the day we saved money, had a great experience and felt confident that the job was done right the first time!! I would recommend Bucky’s Tacoma Narrows to anyone! My aunt will use them for all her car service for the rest of her life!! THANK YOU!!!
