Chi consistently does a great job with hair cuts and color. She is always willing to help walk in clients. Her salon is neat, clean and inviting. She exhibits great customer service. I am never disappointed when I have a hair appointment with her. Thank you for many years of dedicated service to the community.

I recently moved here and decided to give this place a chance. I've now been here three times and been extremely happy with my haircut. The service has been fantastic, my hair looks great and at a price that can't be beat! Men's cuts are only $13. What?! I've paid way more than that for haircuts elsewhere that don't even compare. They take their time and do it right. I will definitely be returning.

I went to Bright Hair Design to get my first professional haircut the other day, I have never gotten one before. My hair has gotten so heavy I kept getting terrible headaches. Right before coming in I found a picture of shoulder length layered hair and showed it to Xi (pronounced Chi, I hope I spelled that right). She took a look at it and started working. She was very gentle while shampooing and washing, felt like a massage! I loved it! After the cut and blowdry, when I looked at myself in the mirror I had to hold back a gasp.
