I talked to Rhoan multiple times about upgrading to mini splits and he was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Overall he has a wonderful demeanor and it was a pleasure corresponding with him as we walked through various scenarios/options. My wife and I unfortunately ended up not going with Rhoan's quote for unrelated reasons, but we can and will highly recommend Best Choice Heating to our friends, family, and acquaintances due to the solid experience we had. We were treated so very nicely and with care and recommend Rhoan and his company without any hesitation to anyone.

Best has been servicing my furnace for several years. They are extremely professional, always pleasant and very prompt. Their prices seem fair to me. With so many people out there scamming the public, it is a joy to find a firm one can depend on.

We were referred to Best Choice Heating from a friend and have been very pleased. We had previously dealt with a crooked heating company that did some really bad work on our old furnace, so I was very cautious when seeking out a company to install our new furnace when the old one died. Both my husband and I could tell right away that the owner Rhoan was a good and honest guy. He explained all the options, but did not try to push anything on us we didn't need. He took the time to answer all of my (many) questions and helped get the financing in line so that we could get the new furnace installed ASAP (since we had been surviving with little space heaters for two weeks). On installation day his crew was very friendly and professional. Best Choice will be our "go-to" company from now on for all heating and cooling needs.
