This is Scott and I am responding back to David Reavills comment. David I didn't even hand the bid sheet to you I spoke with wife. I told her i was sorry for the loss of her Plum tree and I told her how much it would be to clean up the tree that blew over, I told her if its something you wanted us to put onto the schedule to please call the office, 10 minutes later you called my cell phone. not knowing I was the salesman, saying how the guy who came to your house was rude and how he threw the bid in your face and walked off. I explained to you that I was the one who bid the work and you were not being truthful because I never dealt w you it was your wife I spoke to. You proceeded to tell me you had questions for me but you were unavailable at the time because you were in your office. I told you i wasn't rude to your wife and if you needed to speak with me she should have told me you had questions and I would have been more than happy to wait for you to come to the door. I will not tolerate a review that is based on false information. I have been in this industry for over 30 years and I treat all of my customers with the upmost respect and always go above and beyond for them, I was very responsive to your call for a bid I was at your house within 10 minutes of the call as I was out bidding others trees in Zillah. Next time you leave a review on someones page make sure you tell the truth.
