Ricardo's (hairdresser) willingness to listen to his client's ideas and suggestions along with his flexibility in scheduling appointments all speak to his professionalism. These attributes plus receiving a good haircut every time is why I am giving Ricardo 5 out of 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ !

I was so nervous to get my haircut, but crystal Martinez from Catalina's made this change so much easier. She was very professional and my haircut came out better than I thought. Would totally recommend her.
