Savannah was the first person I talked to and she was absolutely amazing and was very thoughtful and transparent with the process being as that it was my first time at this location.KC was helpful also!!Dr.Larson provided me with my opinions and really made like he cared about my dog and the situation he was having.Great team!
Let me start by saying I love this place, all the staff at the front make you feel welcome, our Vet is Doctor Smith she is great with my pets one of our last was Beautiful, she had UTI and she guided us to the best way to fix her, as well all my friends that i had refered to her couldnt stop raving about her. I live in Federal way and i drive all the way out there and belive its worth it.
Best vet care I've ever had with not only the 24hr emergency but as well as now my kitty's current vet who diagnosed his diabetes & continues to his diabetic treatment. Dr. Smith is the best responding to me not only by phone calls when needed but through email with any of my continued concerns with his care & ongoing treatment.Hands down best experience I've ever had, especially after covid.Thank you,Kitten
