“Dr. Bains and his staff provide excellent customer service and are always polite and kind. His adjustments are thought out and precise, and he always makes sure you are well taken care of. I feel much better after I leave each appointment. I would give them five stars, but sometimes you have to wait a while before seeing him, which may be an issue you run into with a lot of places. If you are not in a hurry, I would definitely recommend it!“

“I recently had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The atmosphere was incredibly calming, which made me feel at ease right away. The Massage Therapist was not only very knowledgeable about anatomy but also took the time to listen attentively to my needs. She was great at identifying my problem areas and tailored her therapy specifically for me. (NOT a cookie-cutter massage like most places). The facility is wheelchair accessible, with the office on the second floor, accessing an elevator off of ALDER St., not Main St., and the parking can be a bit tricky, especially in the back where there are only a few designated accessible spaces available. Despite that, I truly appreciated the care I received and will definitely be returning soon. 5+ Stars.“
