My mother in law used them to install a mini-split in her townhouse and they did a great job! So after the summer she referred me to them as my wife and I were now doing a full house remodel and Rusty came out to get me an estimate. He was super friendly (as estimators/sales people are) and after we signed with them, their team really took care of my family. The project was a really big one -- two outdoor condensers connected to 9 different head units/zones throughout the home. Their team really went to work. No project this large ever goes perfectly, and when we ran into different issues they fixed it and made things right. I really appreciate that about them that they really tried to make sure things are done well and to my satisfaction. Cool Heat 365 did a fantastic job for me. A completely new mini split HVAC system plus removal of the old system all within the two quoted window. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.
Tech came today to do service on my central unit, line was getting frozen every time I turn on AC, very professional, quick fix, Luigi took care of all the issues and even he help me with setup heat pump too so that I can use in winter! Very happy!
