Right when you walk through the door, the warm smell of essential oils and herbs puts you at ease. The plants are beautiful and the music was so chill. My son has been growing his hair out, but it was time for a trim. Tyler got us in right away and made the experience so easy going for my 13 year old. He asked him a lot of questions, got on his level, and made him feel comfortable. We were so happy with his hair and highly recommend this salon!

She made me feel like I wasn't just another customer, but fully listened to what I had to say.Anthony came to the house quickly, and he was ready to start immediately. We discussed a few options, and made our decision. The actual work was performed at that time. There were no cost overruns, no hidden fees, no additional unpleasant news. We purchased a Lindal solid cedar home 18 years ago. The exterior had not been appropriately cared for, so 6 years ago we had K&K Finishes chemically remove the prior finish/stain, then restain the entire home. This is a technically complicated process that if not done appropriately can be a disaster. They did great! We were so impressed and pleased. At the time they indicated that because we had stripped and restained we would probably want them out in about 3 or 4 years, but we were able to go six before having them stain again. Anthony and Beckie, the team that did our work this time around were terrific. They were meticulous in their attention to detail, listened to all of our concerns, and respected our property and wishes throughout. If you need interior or exterior painting or staining don't hesitate, call Chad Krutzinger at K&K Finishes, they will treat you right and you will be very pleased with the result!

I've been struggling to find a really good salon since I moved to Stanwood 4 years ago. I needed someone to listen to me when I was describing what I wanted and not just do what they wanted to do. I was so frustrated and my hair was causing me to have anxiety about it. I happened to be driving down the street and I saw a sign at the driveway entrance thanking Stanwood for voting for them as best salon and I immediately turned in to find out about it, and I'm so glad I did. The receptionist (I apologize, I forgot her name!) was very helpful and friendly and suggested Leslie and mentioned she'd had a cancellation for this afternoon and I booked it. I was very impressed! Leslie asked all the right questions, looked over the disaster that my hair was, gave me suggestions of what we could do to make it look it's best while it grew out, all the things I wanted and needed a stylist to do. I knew before she ever got finished that I'd finally found who I was looking for! She did an amazing job on my badly chopped hair and I was elated when she finished because it looked great. I've already made a follow up appointment and I highly recommend her. The salon is really lovely inside, a very welcoming and tranquil place. I have to say, that sign at the driveway definitely made me drop in and I'm so glad I did!

I moved from Camano 22 years ago and while I lived there always went to her.She took my too long, thick, wavy hair and gave me a cut that makesme feel more of my lighthearted, happy self.She is an expert stylist, as well as humble, kind and warmly friendly.She kept my natural curl and removed the heavy curtain of hair around my face, bringing out my eyes and giving me a swishy, bouncy style that flows and moves like water!!

I've been seeing Catherine at Nail Flare for almost a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She, along with all the other girls in the salon, does incredible work. I can go four weeks between visits without so much as a chip, which is really impressive because I am HARD on them. She also does some incredible art! It takes some serious skill to do what she does on such a small canvas. Plus, coming to see her is like visiting with a good friend! She is so fun and personable!
The salon itself is adorably decorated and clean. I really appreciate the multiple text and email reminders that I get! They have fair prices and policies that are consistent with industry standards.
Keep in mind that the salon is busy (with good reason) and they book out quickly. It is a good idea to book out a few appointments and if you need to reschedule, let them know as soon as you can. The girls here are reasonable to accommodate appointment changes when possible, but because they are so busy they definitely need as much notice as possible.

Malia has been doing my eyebrow wax/tint and eyelash lift/tint for over a year now. She does consistently wonderful work and is always a joy to chat with at every appointment. The space is clean and well decorated. Ample free parking in the parking lot outside of their building. Easy online booking system too!

Before getting lashes, I was really worried about the quality of my lashes when I decided to take them off Ashleigh was very patient with me thoroughly went over how to care For my lashes. During the time that I’ve taken break from my lash extensions, I have continued to have healthy lashes. Another thing I was worried about was the retention time and how long I could go between fills, after seeing Ashleigh I could easily go two weeks in fallout. This practice is wonderful. The technology used to explain what's going on in your mouth is excellent. Everything is well explained. The office staff are amazing. I needed a few things and was leaving in a few weeks, they arranged everything to get completed in that short time period. The hygienists were careful, complete and painless. The dental techs were extremely competent,caring and fun! Dr. Sean is a great technician. There's no fumbling around in there. He gets in and gets it done carefully and efficiently. He even came in early to set my new crown. This was a first class experience from beginning to end.

Just moved here from the east and needed to get established with a new dentist. Dr. Bird and his staff are very friendly, quick, and seem to do good work. I've had one cleaning service and two separate filling procedures, each procedure was done quickly, no pain, and quick healing afterwards. I look forward to continuing to work with this practice.

We had Karen come do mobile appointments for my sister and I while we were on Camano Island. I highly recommend her service. She is personable, professional and made us feel like we'd known each other for years.
